Alternate Ending The Predator Ternyata Akan Hadirkan Karakter Ikonik Ini

Film The Predator yang diarahkan oleh Shane Black kini telah hadir dalam bentuk home entertainment dan Blu-ray. Film ini mendapat sambutan yang cukup beragam dari para kritikus dan penggemar, tidak sedikit yang mencela dan menilai bahwa film ini melenceng jauh dari kisah aslinya.

Salah satu kesalahan yang dinilai faktor yang cukup menjadi masalah di film ini adalah adegan paruh ketiga yang hadir dalam versi bioskopnya. Bagian ini pula yang diminta oleh 20^th Century Fox untuk direshoot sebelum filmnya dirilis.

Meskipun penggemar belum mendengar penjelasan resmi tentang mengapa ending tersebut yang mereka pilih, penggemar kini diberi beberapa ending alternatif (melalui bonus yang diselipkan dalam paket Blu-raynya) dan yang paling mencuri pehatian adalah adegan mengenai topeng Predator Killer. Dalam ending tersebut,  dua nama yang akrab dan ikonik mempunyai topeng Predator Killer mereka sendiri, yaitu Ripley dan Newt dari franchise Alien yang notabenenya berada di universe yang sama.

You can see her name tag there on her costume. Breanna Watkins played Ripley under the mask instead of Sigourney Weaver.
